Our GP consultation service gives employees and their families access to a 24 / 7 GP helpline, with telephone and online video consultations with a doctor, and an electronic private prescription service. This way, employees can easily access GP support without having to take time off work.

Telephone Helpline
We offer round-the-clock support from a GP, with no limit on consultation time or the number of times employees, can call.
Electronic Private Prescriptions
Our doctors can issue private prescriptions that can be delivered via an online pharmacy directly to an employees’ workplace or home.
Video Consultations
Face-to-face appointments with a doctor can offer more in-depth advice. Booked initially via telephone, video consultations are available seven days a week between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Medical Information Database
Employees can access health, disease, lifestyle and travel info on more than 1,000 topics from our medical database.
